The DAF-DY dissolved air flotation system is purpose-engineered for dairy processing wastewater treatment. Dairy operations including milk receiving, cheese making, butter and cream production, yogurt fermentation, and whey processing generate wastewater rich in butterfat, milk proteins (casein and whey), lactose, and cleaning chemicals. This DAF system uses pressurized dissolved air micro-bubble technology to efficiently float and recover fats, separate suspended milk solids, and reduce organic load before biological treatment. With 2-150 m3/h capacity, it is the proven solution for Latin American dairy processors in Brazil (world's 4th largest milk producer), Argentina, Uruguay, and Colombia for regulatory compliance and resource recovery.
